No NPC in the game caches read so far uses a Zandalari Troll model.
NPCs from the game's creature cache (what the server sent to the game; 1397 NPCs so far, cache build 1.60.1.70374) whose character model is a Zandalari Troll body in the game files (CreatureDisplayInfoExtra), with the sex of that model. NPCs with other models, such as beasts, have no race. The list grows as more game caches are shared.
From the WoW Forever game files, build 1.60.1.70374: the races the game's character creation pairs with a class, and the abilities on their racial skill lines.
